If anyone sees my humble words, let me sing the praises of Morocco's seminars to high heavens. They are indeed suited to advanced dancers but may I add that it is not at all impossible for a person of much more modest abilities to participate.
Being misled by cultural misunderstanding, I didn't take up this dance until middle-age and so I'm not the kind of student that hot-shot teachers generally want to see. I'm not going to be taking to the stage and reflecting much glory back on anyone. People like me can be a lot of work for nothing, and sadly a lot of teachers really only want young students after the beginning levels.
But Morocco does not make me feel out-of-place or unwelcome, nor do her students or troupe members. I have absolutely thrived on her seminar pace and have experienced exactly what you write about, Neon -- the benefits of all of those long days in the dance studio, plus walking around Manhattan in off-hours which is an added bonus. By the end of the week, I feel I can leap over buildings. I'm greatly inspired by the concert performances, the workshops, the wonderful instructors who are culled from all over the world, and by witnessing Morocco's truly awesome commitment to her art and to the advancement of her field.
By the end of Morocco's seminar week, I always HATE to leave New York and wish I could live there -- a great sign of success.

Thanks Rocky - for a wonderful week. I'll be back and will be seeing you Buffalo this November. Safe travels and happy dancing.
Namaste,
