Egyptian actress Muna Shalabi denied circulating rumors that she has left her mother’s home, resigned belly dancer Zizi Mustafa, and moved out on her own.
The actress stressed that she would never leave her mother and cannot imagine living away from her. She added that living with her mother gives her stability and security.
Muna stated that many actresses who leave their family homes to live on their own are haunted with numerous rumors and that is one of the many reasons she would not consider it. She noted that with her mother on her side she feels the value of family and is very close with her mother and does not keep any secret from her.
On a different note, Muna is currently undergoing rehearsals for a new play “Awlad Al Latheen” (Sons of), which is written by Osama Anwar Akasheh. Prominent Egyptian actor Mahmoud Al Jundi, Yasser Faraj, and actor Tamer Abdul Mune’im costar alongside Muna.
Muna is also starring in the new film “Hia Fawda” (Its Chaos) with actors KHaled Saleh, Yousif Al Sharif and Hala Fakher. The film is written by Naser Abdul Rahman and is directed by internationally well-known director Yousif Shaheen.
